Chevening Scholarships – (choice of city, United Kingdom) enables outstanding emerging leaders from all over the world to pursue one-year master’s degrees in the UK. Chevening seeks people who have the passion, ideas, and influence to provide the solutions and leadership needed to create a better future. Scholarships provide for the full financial needs, including travel and living allowances, of their scholars.
Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters Scholarships – (choice of city & country, European Union) High-level and integrated study programmes, at master level. They are designed and delivered by an international partnership of higher education institutions (HEI). They involve at least three HEI from three different countries, of which at least two must be EU Member States and third countries associated to the Programme (previously called Programme Countries).
Fullbright Scholarships – (choice of city & state, USA) The Fulbright Program in the Philippines, and around the world, has a rich history and proud legacy supporting educational excellence and cultural exchange. The Commission relies on many individuals to meet its goals, to forge new ground in the area of partnerships and scholarships, and to provide a rigorous, equitable and professional environment for all scholarship applicants and recipients. The central focus is to develop long-lasting, productive bilateral relations, partnerships and connections between Philippines and the U.S. The Fullbright program offers a multitude of choices for scholarships for Filipinos ranging across workshops, trainings, undergraduate to PhDs.
IOE Centenary Masters Scholarship – (London, United Kingdom) The scholarships cover full tuition fees and accommodation for one academic year at ISH. Please note that these scholarships do not cover subsistence in London, travel or any other expenses. The scholarships are tenable for one academic year, subject to satisfactory progress. These are open to those applying for Masters and PhD programs at the IOE at UCL/University College London.
Monbukagakusho Japanese Government Scholarship – Teacher Training Program – (choice of city, Japan) This scholarship offers applicants the opportunity to spend one and a half year conducting research on school education at one of several Japanese universities.
Schwarzman Scholars – (Beijing, China) is a fully-funded, one-year master’s degree and leadership program at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. At the heart of the program are world-renowned advisers, a rigorous and innovative study of global affairs, and hands-on exploration of Chinese culture and commerce. Note the age cap of 18 to 28 yrs. old.
The PhilFrance Scholarships – (choice of city, France) conceived in 2016 under the Embassy of France in the Philippines as part of the celebration of 70 years of French-Filipino diplomatic relations. This initiative is aimed to provide exceptional Filipino students the opportunity to obtain higher education in France every year. There are currently two programs under the PhilFrance label: the PhilFrance Master, and the PhilFrance-DOST. Applications are currently open until May 2023.
UAL International Postgraduate Scholarship Award – (London, United Kingdom) This scholarship worth £50,000 covers the cost of tuition fees, accommodation at one of UAL’s halls of residence and may also contribute towards living costs. Up to 4 UAL International Postgraduate Scholarships are available to applicants from listed low income countries, Filipino applicants qualify for this scholarship.
